I didn’t come into this world of health and nutrition from a place of perfection. I came from real life—busy days, responsibilities, stress, and trying to figure out how to feel good in my body without extreme dieting or starting over every Monday.

I know what it feels like to want to be healthier, more confident, and more in control—but also feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there.
